The software has been equipped with two powerful file repair modes- Single File and Multiple File. The 'Single File' mode allows the user to repair single spreadsheet at a time whereas 'Multiple File' mode enables a user to recover data from multiple .xls and .xlsx spreadsheets simultaneously. Owing to this 'Multiple File' repair mode, you don't have to worry about number of corrupt .xls files as you can repair them all in at once.
Select any Excel file for data recovery and the desired recovery mode; after which the software scans the corrupt file meticulously and enlists the recovered items. You can check the content of the recovered data by simply selecting the data file. This way you can select the data that you want to recover and save the recovered data.
The software is designed to change its appearance as per your requirement as it has been integrated with five different interface themes that can be selected to change the look and feel of the software. Additionally, the user can also alter its working that is you can change the recovery mode of the software while launching it. To change the recovery mode, all you have to do is select the appropriate option based on the number of corrupt file(s).

The evaluation version of the software allows you to repair the corrupt xls files and displays the list of recovered items. However, it limits you from saving all the recovered data. Therefore, to save the entire file contents at desired location, you need to purchase the full version of software.
